Our great uncle stayed here for a few months and had nothing but top notch quality care. The staff was very attentive, the grounds well-kept (and clean!) and even the Director of the facility was personable and professional. She even took the time to meet with us and made sure we were happy with the care he was getting.

My father was here for 3 weeks after a knee replacement surgery. He had the best rehab, nursing care and delicious food. Although we wanted him home after surgery, he was insistent in coming to Alta Gardens to get therapy and get stronger. We are glad he did. He’s now home back to his regular activities. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a short term rehab.

This facility has great care, happy staff, clean good food and no odor. They focus on rehabilitating their residents so the patient can continue on living their independent lives. The staff care about their patients and their families. I highly recommend this facility if you’re needing to place your loved one for short term rehab.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating – from valet to front desk it really shows they care. Also side note, there is a really nice garden. Very unexpected.

My dad was a patient at Alta Gardens and he was very well cared for. They had Vietnamese speaking staff and accommodating which helped my dad feel comfortable – like he was home away from home. These accommodations and the caring of knowledgeable staff gave me comfort and confidence my dad was well taken care of. When we can’t personally care for our dad, leaving him at Alta Gardens was our best decision. I also appreciate that Triet Kieu is back at Alta Gardens for the patients and staff!

Nice facility! The hospital and doctors recommended I check out this place for my uncle. Glad I did. You can tell they all have years of experience, they know what they’re doing. They treated everyone with kindness, respect, and compassion – not just my uncle when we were looking. I like that. They even had a small courtyard. Now I see why the hospital and his doctors trusted and recommended this place!

One thing I appreciated at Alta Gardens was the friendly welcome when I least expected it. The staff is always busy caring for the patients so I don’t expect anyone to go out of their way to greet me when I walked up. Sometimes that’s all it takes to have a great rest of the day.

All the staff at Alta Garden Care Center have been providing not only great professional care but also loving emotional support for my mother. My brother in law was put here for his safety and we can’t be more pleased with the communication we get on his care. My brother in law has dementia, Parkinsons, and encephalitis of the brain, he was very hard to handle living with my husband and me. We want to thank the entire staff for accepting him and treating him with the utmost respect and care he deserves.

My grandma stayed here for more than 5 years before she passed. During the time of her stay, all the staff were exceptionally caring. They made sure she was comfortable and well-taken care of. One thing I like about this facility is the staff actually spend time to get to know the patients as well as their families. They even have these events on big holidays like Christmas or Set for families to come and celebrate with their loved ones.

Management did a great job keeping us informed on how our grandma was doing as well as gave us sound advice on what we should do to better my grandma’s stay.

My wife had her uncle stay at Alta Gardens after having surgery for nursing care and therapy. It was our first time needing a nursing home. We didn’t know what to expect. So we were surprised that everyone was friendly and helpful. The team there sat with us to explain what we could expect in their care and approximate time frame. The facility had services and amenities that made our uncle as comfortable as the situation allowed. He didn’t stay long. They got him better and happy he’s home with his family now.

The care that was given to my 87-year old sister was professional, thoughtful, and caring. The first night my sister was there the director and the doctor called me. The next day, the dietitian spoke with my sister, and the Social Services Director contacted me. She was extremely helpful and expedient and communicated with me often. The nurses who took care of my sister were empathetic and helpful. My family and I greatly appreciated the care and cooperation given to my sister during her stay there.

Alta Gardens is a wonderful place to have your loved ones, especially the elderly. Their dementia program is especially good for the dementia patients. It’s tough to watch your loved ones suffer through dementia and not recognize their own children. But the staff care with special patience and with training specifically for the dementia patients. If you have loved ones who suffer from dementia, this is the place to go no doubt.

My father is a long term patient. I am thankful for the staff because they really care about my father. He can’t move around by himself and the staff does everything for him. They are quick to call me when something is wrong with my father. My father has dementia and is not able to say what he wants but the staff is patient and caring.
