Who We Are

Alta Gardens Care Center is an intimate and charming facility, centrally located in the heart of Garden Grove, California, serving the Vietnamese community. We are a licensed 129-bed skilled nursing facility. Ideal for post-acute care and rehabilitation, our center features state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, deliciously prepared meals, flat-screen televisions, enjoyable daily activities, a caring and cheerful staff, and a variety of other amenities. Our peaceful garden, complete with a waterfall, provides a tranquil, Zen-like atmosphere. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive Vietnamese program, including a full Vietnamese menu, activity programs, bilingual staff, and special events. We also offer Alzheimer’s Dementia care in a secure setting, custodial care, and palliative care. Alta Gardens has a program niche caring for our diversified community.
